I feel proud to introduce Rachana Upadhyay. She is a Managing Director at Manaswin Edu-Con pvt. Ltd. And Director at NICT computer education. Education: Postgraduate In Computer Application. Started with one computer at Home and now running 3 successful computer training institute since 2008. Vision Tag : BE PROFESSIONAL WITHOUT BOOKS Giving Seminars and webinars on Various Topics in school and colleges. And acted as Judge in many technical event. She is a former member of All India IT Association, GATI, JCI (Junior Chamber of International)

The academy is not just an institute; it is a vision of our founder Sir Vilas Upadhyay. Our institute’s first stone laid by our sir is of Loyalty, second of Dedication, third of Commitment and fourth of Persistency. Any building should have four pillars to have strength. Our strength is our pillars.

You might be eager to know about the founder. Obviously even we are eager to introduce you with the passionate, book lover, dynamic and multi tasking personality. Sir has completed his education from Mumbai in commerce stream. Sir has positive and no giving up attitude, enthusiasm, helping hand attitude with focused mind, with all these our sir has conquered the post of Mandate with his honesty in his work profile. Sir has worked in different industries in Mumbai and obvious in Gujarat too, having vast experience and smoothly running life with all the comforts, but sir was not happy with all these. He has gone through the life of people he met and found all are living under stress and facing so many problems. People could not cope up with fast changing work pattern, demand of English, lack of confidence in people. This could not let him sleep and thought to do whatever he can do for the people of society. Then the vision emerged and sir left his very successful job and laid the foundation stones of The academy. This way the institute established in 2012.

Sir has motivated the corporate sales team in the Coorg in the annual meet of Bionarr health care pvt ltd in 2018. In Umargam Tubacex prakash India pvt ltd. School and college invites him for giving speech and motivating students and make them successful. Sir delivers the speeches on success, parent child relationship, husband wife relationship.

Our objective is our client. These are the jewels as English communication skill, corporate training, life coaching, how to conquer over fear, building confidence, personality development, command on language, etiquettes, how to think different, mentoring in adverse situation, cultivate faith in own self, winning attitude, from Good to great.
